Lifestyle change: You are very wise to want to change. Be brave, and join a group of peers who exercise together; work very hard & they'll accept you though at first you'll have trouble keeping up. Being fit normalizes your appetite & this is much better than counting calories -- though you might want to read a science-based book on nutrition while you're at it. Good luck.
