Unusual: The ultrasound will see and size the abdominal aorta for several levels from renal to bifurcation. It may see your bladder if distended. The numbness and need to urinate are not likely related to aortic size even if aneurysmal some of the pelvic nerves do course along the aorta but these do not innervate umbilicus.
