Unlikely: If sperm is introduced into the vagina even if the hymen is intact, pregnancy is possible. Some people have no hymens or lost them due to trauma, but there is still an opening in the intact hymen that allows fluid to leave (as with periods) and allows fluid to enter, (including sperm). Sperm deposited at the opening of the vagina can travel to the cervix and into the uterus.

Technically: There are ways to conceive without having intercourse. It could happen accidentally by having semen on or in the vagina without penetration but could be accomplished intentionally, usually that is going to mean undergoing assisted reproductive procedures.
