My baby is 15wks old & i noticed at 12wks his chest and lower throat dips in as he breathes, he isn't ill or chesty at all is this normal?

ENT consult: is needed to determine the reason for this observation. He may not have chest problems but may have other upper airway structural differences leading to the retractions. As he is not in any distress you can be reassured he is not in any danger but you should have an explanation for the phenomenon.
