Possible : Any amount of sperm that enters the vagina can theoretically reach an an unfertilized egg in your uterus/Fallopian tubes if you are fertile at that time. Although it is much more likely to happen if a larger amount of sperm is right at opening of the cervix, only one sperm needs to survive the journey. Better to have an effective form of birth control so that sex can be enjoyed without anxiety.
