Unlikely: If your periods are regular and your normal monthly period should begin april 6 or 7, having sex april 1 would have been after ovulation, and therefore you would not have gotten pregnant from that act of intercourse. The bloating and discharge might be the normal changes prior to your period. But you can of course do a pregnancy test to be sure.
