Increase good fats: increase intake of omega 3 fish oil (2-3 grams of combined DHA and EPA) per day in addition to good fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil). go organic with lotions and avoid synthetic sun screens. Also avoid BPA, tricolsan (in anti bacterial soaps) and parabens. weight lifting 20 minutes three times per week also very helpful in boosting sperm count. take out trans fats and dairy must be organic
