Dry skin needs...: You need to use moisturizing cream frequently, if possible two to three times a day, bathe or shower not very frequently, use oatmeal based soaps, and drink plenty of water.

Hydration: Please drink plenty of fluid, eat more nuts and Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids(fish oil, Flax seed oil, Chia seeds or nuts) along with fruits and vegetables. You can use moisturizer externally but internal intake of well balance food with good hydration is very important. If you eat non fat diet then you need an essential good oils to feed your cells.
