MD evaluation: The mainstay of skin cancer cure is early detection and early treatment. Look for the ABCDEs warning signs of moles: A- asymmetry, two halves of a mole do not match. B-Borders which are uneven C-color, a variety of colors is another warning signal. D- Diameter, Melanomas usually are larger than a pencil eraser E-Evolving, changes in appearance Any of the above warning signs need evaluation by MD
