Very high-go to ER: Assuming your blood pressure readings are accurate, a blood pressure of 200/120 is very high. Go to the emergency room now if you doctor is not available.

You need evaluation: Your blood pressure is definitively too high and needs to be addressed. See if you can be seen by your doctor's replacement today or alternatively go by your local er in order to be evaluated and possibly started on medication or make adjustments to your medicines if you take some already.
