Remember, however, post-sex contraception only decreases the chances of a pregnancy occurring, it is not 100% prevention.

Likely not: From your description of your contraceptive method it is not likely you would be pregnant. You took Next Choice less then 72 hours after unprotected sex and you were on Birth control pills where you only missed one dose. So the Birth Control meds were likely still sufficient in your system. Continue the birth control medication and see if your period starts.
