No: There is no problem with fertility in women with lupus. They can conceive as easily as any woman except in about 5%, which is the infertility rate of the general population. Any problems with fertility should be investigated in both partners by an obstetrician-gynecologist who specializes in infertility. You do need to discuss the effects of your medicines on the pregnancy.
