No mostly: most of times fish run away , also its one shrimp in the ocean causes the problem . try swimming and have epipen (epinephrine) on hand , doubt you wonld need it

No: A living sea creature is no going to shred much protein even in a confined space. The ocean is so huge that you will likely need billions of them in a small stretch of seashore to get any measurable amount of protein allergen. Thus, the answer is no.
