Decrement in LV func: The main pumping chamber of your heart appears to be quantified with an EF 35-40% (normal >55%), Typically you would be treated with beta-blockers (coreg in particular), aldactone (spironolactone) and ACE inhib to remodel heart to normal function. BUT As you are pregnant, you will have to proceed carefully so as not to cause harm to the unborn child. You need a high risk OB/GYN and cardiologist to coord care.
