Itching Scrotum: In most cases this itching is a jock itch or a fungal dermatitis. This kind of infection is common and usually can improve with over the counter anti-fungals. If there is any sores, redness, heat you may need to be seen by your physician. If this is just dry skin i often recommend a very strong moisturizing lotion such as lac-hydrin.
