Abdominal Muscle: or "Groin PULL" sound like the "culprit! What sort of activities have you had recently, injuries, work, play???? Think about it you will most likely figure it out since there are not any INTRA-abdominal (bowel etc) structures that can give you pain when you "move"! Hope this helps Dr Z
