Yeast: Candida is a form of yeast that can trigger symptoms of a vaginal infection. It is treated with prescription medication in pill form or vaginal suppositories. You may also try over-the-counter miconazole for 3-7 days. It is common to develop a vaginal yeast infection while taking antibiotics; however, if your symptoms do not resolve, please see your doctor and be tested for other infections.
