Need to be seen: The first thing that comes to mind is a possible infection but many things could be going on. You need a full history to begin with. Any changes in medications, fever,pain,weight changes, etc.? You need to see your gynecologist or PCP to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Hope you are feeling better soon.
