You must get test: If you are worred about pregnancy....you must get tested. If you are worried about an STD.....you must get tested and then, all partners treated if you are positive. But my first move would be the pregnancy test..

Possible: You should check a home pregnancy test. Seems like you would have more discharge with infection.
