Ovulation issue: You're at the age where you may start experiencing irregular menses (either skipped or bleeding prolonged and /or more than once a month). This is often due to irregular ovulation. In addition disorders like adenomyosis are usually fully symptomatic and can cause the same issue. Time to see a gynecologist.
