Yes: It could still be another week before even a blood pregnancy test would be positive, if she conceived despite your precautions. You did the best you could under the circumstances so you certainly improved your chances, but the failure rate is still 10 to 15%. You and she need to discuss something more reliable.

Risk: Was "the pill" an emergency contraceptive or an oral contraceptive? If it was an ordinary contraceptive pill, it was likely not protective. Emergency contraceptives are up to 89 % effective when taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. It can reduce chance of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours.
