It is good!: Grade B multicell embryos are considered good; definitely good for transfer on D3. There are many babies born from these, and I se ethis in my practice all teh time. Waiting to "find out" is terribly, terrubly hard , I know. You cannot make the waiting better by necessary worry, be patient and remain hopeful. I wish you the best.
