Missed cycle: would recommend blood test to check for pregnancy at this point. If negative, not pregnant. You may have just missed a cycle which can happen. The medicine was an attempt to cause a period but did come. 3 days seems a little short. Normally 5-10 days on medicine then stop and see if period. Best to see you doc for re-evaluation.
