Likely not: Lo Lestrin Fe is effective after 7 continuous days of use. But it must be taken properly during those seven days. So at 14 days (2wks) you should fine. But if you believe that you did not take Lo Lestrin Fe properly then Plan B can be used if you believe there was contraceptive failure (not taking Lo Lestrin Fe properly).
