Monitor: Likely it was due to a minor vaginal abrasion due to sexual intercourse. If there is not enough lubrication then during intercourse very minor vaginal tears can occur that can bleed very slightly over time. The discharge is likely old blood. If this gets worse (more discharge) or there is pain/fever then see your doctor.
