My bmb report done for thrombocytosis and it stated "marrow with patchy hypocellularity " also megas with abnormal spidery and/or bizarre nucleus?

Means little: Patchy hypocellularity is to be expected at your age; "spidery" nuclei doesn't mean anything in standard pathology, and the "bizarre" nuclei might be better charaterized. Have another pathologist read it out. There are DNA studies to check for essential thrombocythemia which is our major concern now that we ruled out a bunch of bad things which would have shown on marrow.

Transient moderate neutropenia (0.6451.5 after 10 days), low CD4 (348), CD4/CD8 ratio 0.98, bone marrow biopsy = mildly hypocellular and aberrant partial CD56 expression on granulo/monocytes, HIV -ve, 2% atypical lymphs, bad fatigue. Any ideas??
