Means little: Patchy hypocellularity is to be expected at your age; "spidery" nuclei doesn't mean anything in standard pathology, and the "bizarre" nuclei might be better charaterized. Have another pathologist read it out. There are DNA studies to check for essential thrombocythemia which is our major concern now that we ruled out a bunch of bad things which would have shown on marrow.
