Another test?: I would need to know more information regarding when was your last sexual encounter, how long after that you had your pregnancy test, etc. If you suspect you could be pregnant I would suggest to have test repeated or see your doctor for a blood test for confirmation. If not pregnant then I would wait for the next period and see how it progresses. If not normal you might need other tests.
