Depends: Some women start their period again within 4-6mo of last shot and some go many months before periods start again. No way to really know. If you only had one injection, would expect your period to start perhaps 6-9 mo since last shot. If no period by then, see your gyn provider. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
