Congradulations: That amount of swelling is not normal. I would suggest that you see your OB/GYN first. I would try and be seen right away. That type of swelling is usually a chemical reaction to a douche or other chemical that was used. If that is the case, it should be better if not well within 24 hours. If it is getting worse, then be seen right away.

Call OB: Call your OB first and discuss with them. It may be something that can wait until they can see you in the office instead of a visit to the hospital ER.
