Light periods: There is nothing wrong with light periods. Many people would happily trade with you. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If you do not want to be pregnant at 17 then please consider birth control. This will also give you more control over your menstrual cycles
