Seek Help: We need to rule out infection in this situation. You should see your physician to have basic bloodwork along with urinalysis. You may need antibiotics.

Several things: several things on the list of what this might be. The back pain may or may not be related. Because of the history of recent sexual activity and vaginal discharge, recommend gyn examination As infection would be high on the list of possible causes. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck
