Vaginal discharge: Your treatment for chlamydia should have resolved your infection if you did not have unprotected sex during treatment and your partner was also treated at the same time. Women can have regular, natural vaginal discharge that can range from clear, mucous-like, to milky white (all normal). If you are concerned or have any other symptoms (odor, itching, or burning), you may want to get rechecked.
