See details: joint narrowing suggest damage. The chest x ray findings may be related to infection or to interstitial lung disease secondary to the RA. This individual needs immediate evaluation to determine the cause and extent of the pulmonary issue. Aggressive treatment is needed and that treatment depends on the cause. Have you seen a rheumatologist?
