Meningitis: meningitis means inflamed tiny blood vessels of the brain. Nonpyogenic means it is not caused by an infection. That usually resolves fairly quickly. You did not mention why you had the tests done, but if the symptoms get better over next week or two, you should take a deep breath and do something to celebrate being healthy.
