No: Clindamycin is an antibiotic, it will not help with gout. Dietary measures help a lot, including weight loss. There are also medicines to prevent attacks, but none as good as the proper diet, in most cases.

No: Clindamycin is an antibiotic and will only work for bacterial infections. Gout is a form of arthritis caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood. Some of the first-line agents for gout are allopurinol and febuxostat.
