More information: More information is needed in order to make a diagnosis. This may be an allergic reaction(angioedema) to something internal or external. It's best to have your physician examine you for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime you can take an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin (loratadine) but still get checked.
