Call your NP: That's within the indicated range for bacterial infections. Unfortunately, a lot of antibiotics are associated with diarrhea. I always prescribe a probiotic with any antibiotic at the same time. If you have a health food store nearby, the best versions are in a refrigerated section). Studies have shown this decreases diarrhea in ~ 45% of patients. Hope that helps!

Normal dose: Likely you have diarrhea as a side effect of the antibiotic. This is fairly common. If it is bothersome, talk with your provider for change in therapy.
