If i dislocated my jaw would i still be able to talk?

Not clearly: If you've truly dislocated your jaw , you can't close or adjust your mouth, you'd probably have more pain than you'd like as well. So, if you're able to open and close your mouth and speak clearly, it's not dislocated. If it's sore over one or both jaws, you could have TMJ (temporomandibular joint) syndrome. See your doctor or health care professional. Good luck.
