"early period": If your cycles are 28-30 days apart, and you ovulated on day 16-18, pregnancy is possible. There is some bleeding which occurs with implantation of a fertilized egg, and this can be mistaken for an "early period". Wait another week and obtain a serum HCG test to make sure about pregnancy. If positive and bleeding continues, see your healthcare provider.
