Implanon: Bleeding every day to no bleeding at all is a major side effect of all progesterone only contraceptives, such as implanon/Nexplanon. Sore breasts also a side effect. How Long have you had the implant? Usually, after several months you will settle into whatever pattern of bleeding that will be unique to you.
