Probably nothing.: The "bumpy ridged fourchette" is probably just redundant or extra tissue in that area. That tissue will streach in this area and when it is not streached, will have some extra tissue which may be the cause. If it is sore, inflammed or has blisters, then it could be infected. But, if it is otherwise normal tissue it probably means nothing.
