Acupuncture may be: of benefit. I recommend seeing your physician to have the source of your pain evaluated. Diagnostic assessment will help determine what treatment options are available. Acupuncture is a good approach for many causes of foot/ walking pain (but not all). I have only commented about acupuncture (and not massage) as that is an area of expertise.
