How effective is viagra (sildenafil)?

Effective at what?: Sildenafil is generic form of branded Viagra (sildenafil) & Revatio. Former is indicated for use in erectile dysfunction for which it is very useful. Latter is indicated for use in pulmonary hypertension. Of course, inadequate dosing won't be effective but too much isn't good either.
