Pregnancy: you may be taking the tests a little early. Wait until you have missed then take a test 4-5 days later. Certainly contact your OB if that test is positive, you will want to get early testing to make sure there is an intrauterine pregnancy.

Possible: With the history of an ectopic pregnancy, your risk of another is increased but the pregnancy test results you report 1 day before your period is due could also be the result of the sensitivity of the 2 tests. Be safe. See your doctor for a quantitative HCG and follow-up to be sure it is doubling appropriately. Good luck.
