On a pregnancy test,if i go to sleep at 10:30pm and wake at 2-3am can i take the test then and it be considered first morning urine?

Patience: A good night's sleep is worth so much more than worrying about when to do a pregnancy test. A urine pregnancy test about a week after missing one's normal regular period (or 3-4 weeks after sex, if a woman is really irregular) will give an accurate result any time of day or night. If one's normal regular period comes, there's no need for pregnancy testing. So, just get a good night's sleep.
