Be concerned.: Hello, It is not unusual for there to be nipple discharge from the breasts during pregnancy. The breasts, since they are hormone sensitive organs will respond. What is concerning is the presence of blood in the nipple discharge. This always causes me to recommend additional testing such as ultrasound of the breast, pap of the bloody fluid or mammogram. Please consult your Obstetrician.
