Standard regimen.: although in general, Pepto-Bismol may decrease the efficacy of tetracyclines, this standard regimen is proven to be beneficial in eradicating H. pylori. it is okay to proceed with both of them as prescribed, for the entire length of the proposed treatment. Good luck.
