?BARTHOLIN CYST: This lump could be a number of things. It really should be evaluated by a physician. If it is painful or growing and is on the inside of the labia it could be a Bartholin's cyst. It could also be any number of other growths. Skin lesions are difficult to diagnose without evaluation. I recommend that you see your family physician or gynecologist to evaluate this.
