Continue as directed: Make sure you're taking in plenty of water. Eat a balanced diet, or add a bulk laxative e.g. Metamucil. stay active. If you're taking pain meds, such as vicodin or codeine, try to reduce your intake. If this persists, don't hesitate to call your doctor and give him/her an update. Good luck
