Not harmful: Emergency contraception is safe--even if you have to take it twice. It can delay your period by a few days or cause breakthrough bleeding. Needing to use it a lot is an indication that you need to get on a regular birth control pill. Emergency contraception isn't as effective as a regular pill and pregnancy is more likely with ECP than a regular pill. Best wishes!

Not advisable: Emergency contraception is for just that. It should not be used on a regular basis and twice in one cycle is too many emergencies. It dose disrupt your menstrual cycle but it is impossible to say when you should expect your period. Even if it is 95% effective if taken within the first 24 hours, there is still at least a 5% failure rate. Start a more reliable method of contraception. Be safe.
